Trust is not a value we list on a slide — it is what we are held to by the people we work with. This page exists because we believe organisations we work with deserve to understand how we operate, what we will and will not do, and where our limits are.
The case studies and outcomes described on this website are real. They reflect specific engagements with real clients. Where clients have requested confidentiality, we describe the work without identifying the organisation.
Metrics cited — such as delivery speed, cost reductions, and AI-touch percentages — are based on our own measurement within specific engagements. They are not third-party audited. They reflect what happened in those engagements and are not a guarantee of equivalent outcomes for future clients.
We do not inflate, fabricate, or generalise outcomes to make them appear more impressive. If a number appears on this site, it came from a real project. If we cannot substantiate it, we do not publish it.
We use AI extensively in how we work — in research, code generation, design iteration, and analysis. We are transparent about this with clients. The "fifty-fifty" philosophy we describe on this site means approximately 70% of what we produce is AI-touched, with human judgment applied throughout.
We do not misrepresent AI-generated work as entirely human-authored, nor do we misrepresent human work as AI-generated. The value we provide is the judgment applied to both.
We do not take referral fees, commissions, or payments from technology vendors in exchange for recommending their products to clients. Our recommendations are based solely on what we believe is right for the client's situation. Where we have a prior relationship with a vendor, we will disclose it.
We treat client information with strict confidentiality. We do not discuss client details, strategies, or data with other clients or in public. All client engagements are governed by confidentiality obligations, whether or not a formal NDA has been signed.
We are human. Things go wrong sometimes — in any engagement of real complexity, there are moments where judgments turn out to be wrong, where timelines slip, or where the outcome is not what was hoped. When this happens, we say so. We do not deflect, minimise, or blame circumstances.
Our obligation is to be honest about what happened, to understand why, and to work to make it right within what is reasonably possible. The terms of what "making it right" means are always governed by the services agreement for that engagement.
Notwithstanding the above, Finiteloop®'s liability in any engagement is limited to the terms set out in the applicable services agreement. This transparency commitment is a statement of how we operate, not a waiver of contractual liability limits.
If you have a question about how we operate, a concern about something we have published, or feedback on how we have conducted ourselves in an engagement, we want to hear from you. Reach us through our contact page. We read every message.
