Finiteloop is a studio of technology and design practitioners. We do not hire for headcount — we hire when we find someone who makes the team meaningfully better. If that might be you, we want to hear from you.

What we look for

Four qualities. In everyone.

These are not aspirations or HR values. They are what shows up in the people who do their best work here — and what we look for in every conversation with a potential hire, regardless of the role.

Ease with abstraction
Comfortable in the space between chaos and clarity. The most important problems are not yet fully defined. We move toward them anyway, and we look for people who find that energising rather than uncomfortable.

Spontaneous value creation
We move toward what is needed without being asked. We see what matters and do it. This is not a policy — it is a description of the kind of people we are and the kind of people we seek. If you need to be told what to do next, this is probably not the right environment.

Strong ethical fibre
Trust, transparency, and accountability are non-negotiable — in how we work with clients and with each other. We say what we see. We own what goes wrong. We do not make promises we cannot keep. That is the baseline, not the aspiration.

Quick learnability
The technology landscape changes constantly. We hire people who find that energising, not exhausting. Curiosity is the baseline — the specific skills are learnable, the hunger to learn them is not.

What working here actually looks like.

Senior people do the work.
There is no junior bench doing the execution while seniors manage the client. The people who think through the problem are the people who build the solution. You will be close to the work from day one.

Problems are genuinely hard.
We do not take on simple or formulaic work. The problems we engage with require judgment, depth, and the ability to hold complexity. If you want to work on things that are actually difficult, you will find them here.

AI is part of how we work.
Seventy percent of what we produce is AI-touched. We use it in research, code generation, design iteration, and analysis. The expectation is that you will learn to use it well — not just what it can do, but where judgment is irreplaceable.
